About the Role

FairFinance is looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, nurture leads, and support conversions within the Loans & Credits division.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, maintaining regular follow-ups, providing accurate information about financial services, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from Lead → Prospect → Client.

Key Responsibilities
Manage communication with potential and existing customers.
Nurture leads through regular and structured follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and suggest relevant financial solutions.
Explain loan products, processes, documentation, and timelines clearly.
Recommend suitable alternative products when the primary requirement cannot be fulfilled.




Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
Track follow-ups, conversations, and lead stages.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requirements.
Maintain professionalism, transparency, and trust in all customer interactions.

Candidates should have working knowledge of HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2–4 years of relevant experience in CRM, customer relationship management, client servicing, sales support, or similar roles.
Experience in financial services, fintech, insurance, or loan advisory will be an advantage.
