Role Summary
nWe are looking for a Duck Creek Technical SME with robust hands-on experience in the Duck Creek platform, technical configuration, APIs, integrations and application architecture.
nThe candidate should be capable of understanding the technical architecture of Duck Creek, analyzing complex integration issues, troubleshooting application and interface failures, and providing technical direction to development, configuration, testing and production-support teams.
nThe role requires solid knowledge of Duck Creek system internals, APIs, integrations, data flows, batch processing and technical configuration.

nKey Responsibilities
nDuck Creek Technical Expertise

Provide technical SME support for Duck Creek applications.n
Understand Duck Creek architecture and application components.n
Analyze technical requirements and translate them into Duck Creek technical solutions.n
Review technical designs and solution approaches.n
Provide technical guidance to developers and configuration teams.n




Assess technical impacts of Duck Creek changes.n
Troubleshoot complex application issues.n
Support technical design, implementation and deployment activities.n

nAPIs & Integrations
nStrong understanding of Duck Creek APIs and integration patterns.
nResponsibilities include:

Analyze inbound and outbound integrations.n
Understand REST/SOAP/View modal APIs and service interfaces.n
Analyze request/response payloads.n
Validate API contracts and data mappings.n
Troubleshoot API failures.n
Analyze HTTP errors and integration failures.n
Validate authentication/authorization issues.n
Understand synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns.n
Analyze data flowing between Duck Creek and external systems.n
