Role Overview
The Regional Manager – Level 3 is responsible for managing multiple teams across assigned regions, driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and developing mid-level managers. This role focuses heavily on team handling, leadership development, and strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities
Team Handling & Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage Area Managers / Cluster Heads / Team Leads across the region
Build a high-performance culture through regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
Identify training needs and ensure skill development of team members
Handle escalations related to people management, conflicts, and performance issues
Drive employee engagement, retention, and succession planning
Operational Management
Ensure regional targets (sales, operations, service, or productivity) are met or exceeded
Monitor KPIs and dashboards; take corrective actions where required
Standardize processes and ensure SOP compliance across all locations
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.)
Strategic & Business Execution
Translate organizational strategy into regional execution plans
Analyze regional performance trends and propose improvement initiatives
Support expansion, recent launches, or change management initiatives
Ensure cost control and optimal resource utilization
Reporting & Communication
Prepare and present regional performance reports to senior management
Maintain transparent communication between corporate leadership and regional teams
Ensure timely and accurate MIS reporting

Experience & Qualifications
8–12 years of relevant experience, with at least 3–5 year
