Key Responsibilities
Vendor Sourcing & Management: Research, identify, and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendors.
Negotiation & Purchasing: Compare quotes from multiple vendors, negotiate pricing, and issue purchase orders.
Order Tracking:
Track shipments and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery to sites or warehouses.
Inventory Monitoring: Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory reconciliation to prevent shortages or excess stock.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate purchasing records, invoices, and documentation for internal audits and accounting.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Buyer, or similar operational role.
