Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage overall branch operations to achieve business targets.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Managers / Advisors.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Build solid relationships with channel partners, customers, and key stakeholders.
Monitor branch productivity, advisor activation, and persistency ratios.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India guidelines.
Handle branch profitability, business planning, and market expansion.
Conduct regular team reviews, performance management, and coaching.
Maintain customer service standards and resolve escalations effectively.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate / MBA preferred.
5–10+ years experience in Life Insurance / BFSI sales.
Minimum 2–3 years in team handling / branch management role.
Solid experience in agency sales, banca sales, branch operations, and business development.
Positive leadership, communication, and target management skills.
Preferred Background
Candidates from Life Insurance companies such as HDFC Life Insurance, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Max Life Insurance, SBI Life Insurance, etc.
