Job Description:

Position: R&D; Executive

Location: Daman

Experience: 4 - 5 Years

Industries Plastic

Responsibilities:
Conduct R&D; activities on polymers, plastics, additives, and compounding.
Develop and formulate recent plastic products as per market and customer requirements.
Improve existing products for better performance, quality, and cost efficiency.
Conduct laboratory testing of raw materials and finished products for mechanical, thermal, and chemical properties.
Coordinate with Production, QC, and Marketing teams for product trials and validation.
Maintain R&D; records, experiment reports, and product development documentation.
Keep updated with current polymer technologies, market trends, and regulatory requirements.




Ensure protected working practices and compliance with EHS standards during laboratory and pilot-scale activities.

Required skills:
Knowledge of polymer materials, additives, compounding, and formulation.
Hands-on experience in laboratory testing and product trials.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Knowledge of plastic testing methods and quality standards.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.sc/M.sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 4.80 LPA
