The Role
nWe are looking for a CTO to lead the technology organisation and work closely with the founders on the company's technology and AI direction.
nYou will own technology strategy, engineering execution, architecture, team leadership and customer experience, while building a high-performing engineering organisation that can scale with the business.
nThe founder personally drives the AI direction, and the CTO will be responsible for translating that vision into strong technology execution.

- Lead and scale the engineering organisation across Platform and Flow.n
- Build a high-performing engineering culture with strong ownership and accountability.n
- Mentor engineering leaders and build a robust technology leadership bench.n
- Establish processes and metrics that improve engineering velocity and quality.n

- Partner closely with the founders to translate the company's AI vision into execution.n
- Identify opportunities to embed AI across products, customer journeys and internal workflows.n
- Build an AI-first engineering culture and encourage teams to leverage AI throughout the development lifecycle.n
- Evaluate emerging technologies and rapidly experiment with solutions that can create meaningful business impact.n
