Job Summary

We are looking for an Assistant Production Manager to manage and supervise day-to-day production activities at our AAC Block & Panel manufacturing plant in Kapadwanj. The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, maintaining product quality, managing manpower, and ensuring smooth plant operations.

Job Responsibilities:-
Manage and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
Supervise production supervisors, operators, and workers.
Ensure smooth and productive manufacturing of AAC Blocks and AAC Panels.
Monitor production quality and ensure products meet required standards.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, raw materials, and machinery.
Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
Monitor machine breakdowns, production losses, and downtime and coordinate for timely resolution.
Identify and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce wastage.




Ensure proper safety practices and use of PPE on the shop floor.
Prepare and maintain daily production reports and update management on production performance.

Qualifications & Experience
Any Graduate
Minimum 5 years of experience in production/manufacturing in the building materials industry.
Experience in AAC Blocks, AAC Panels, RMC, Cement Products, Block Joining Mortar, or similar building materials will be preferred.
Good knowledge of production processes, quality, safety, and manpower management.
Valuable communication, problem-solving, and team-handling skills.
