Working closely with the onshore teams and other functional finance teams.

Monitor,



improve and ensure achievement of agreed SLAs for the accounting operations team.
Identify automation prospects proactively within the process.
Maintain and update documentation to comply with ISO standards.
Ensuring adequate peer / subordinate reviews are conducted as per process requirement.
Drive Cross training to back up 100% for critical work.
Regularly maintain and update dashboards for the team SLAs.
Reporting for team SLAs to the internal / external stakeholders.
Managing and mentoring the team performances.
Manage month-end / quarter-end finalisation and reporting for the below processes:
Payroll
Fixed Assets
Inter-company
Bank reconciliations
Accruals / Prepayments
Leases
Revenue
Managing process / review for all balance sheets reconciliations and meeting the global deadlines.
Managing audit requirements

What you need to have:
Commerce Graduate with 5+ years of work experie
