About the Role

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and staffing process for both domestic and international requirements. The role will involve understanding manpower requirements, developing sourcing strategies, identifying and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and supporting onboarding.

The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers, business stakeholders, clients, and candidates across different geographies to ensure timely closure of positions while delivering a skilled and positive candidate experience.
