Job Overview:

We are
looking for motivated and energetic Promoters to represent our real estate
portfolio across Bangalore.This role focuses on identifying suitable
venues—such as office events and corporate spaces—for promotional activities
aimed at increasing brand visibility and generating high-quality leads for our
residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

· 1–3 years in real estate promotions, BTL (Below The
Line) marketing, or customer-facing roles (preferably in retail, sales, or
hospitality).

Skills Required :

· Strong verbal communication skills.

· Energetic, confident, and personable with the
ability to engage strangers and maintain a positive attitude.

· Preferred valuable understanding of real estate market




trends and the ability to clearly communicate product features.

· Robust organizational skills with the ability to
manage leads and event logistics effectively.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a
team.

· Should be able to stand for long hours and engage
with a large number of people at events and exhibitions.

· Must be comfortable working during weekends, public
holidays, and outdoor events.

· Distribute marketing materials such as brochures
and flyers in target areas.

· Collect customer details and ensure lead data is
accurate and complete.

· Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely
follow-ups and site visits.

· Explain basic project details, amenities, and
location advantages to prospective buyers.

· Maintain a positive attitude and professional
appearance at all times.

· Assist in event setup and manage display materials.

· Provide daily reports on leads and feedback to the
marketin
