Key Responsibilities
Analyze workforce & compensation data to identify trends and insights
Build and maintain dashboards (Excel / Power BI / Tableau)
compensation benchmarking & pay-equity analysis
Prepare impactful client presentations
Conduct market research & workforce analytics
Collaborate with stakeholders and consulting teams
