- Act as the technical owner and escalation point to customer for Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management servicesn
- End to End Knowledge on managing and maintaining the Intune Platform for Device Man Microsoft Intune setting at L3 leveln
- Create and maintain Intune based Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, Security Baseline, Conditional/Access Integrations, Application Deployment policies etc.n
- Support Windows Autopilot, Vulnerability remediation and compliance initiatives.n
- Maintain secure device configurations aligned with organizational standardsn
- Drive automation through PowerShell,
Graph API, and Endpoint Analyticsn
- Monitor service health, compliance posture, and endpoint security metricn
- Own Level 3 incident resolution and support major incident managementn
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measuresn
- Ensure SLA/KPI adherence and service quality improvementsn
- Define technical standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for endpoint management.n
- Troubleshoot complex device management and policy deployment issuesn
