Job Title: Unit Head – Defence Channel (Team Handling)
Location: Ernakulam
CTC: Up to ₹12.0 LPA
Role Summary:
We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented qualified to lead the Defence Channel as a Unit Head. The role involves driving business growth, managing agency operations, and building robust relationships within the defence ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and business development through the Defence Channel
Recruit, train, and manage a team of advisors/agents
Develop and execute strategies to achieve business targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with defence personnel and networks
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and support
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
