Role Overview

The Cloud HCM Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing cloud-based Human Capital Management systems. This role serves as a bridge between HR and technology teams, ensuring that Cloud HCM solutions support business goals, streamline HR processes, and deliver an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities
Cloud HCM System Implementation & Configuration
Implement and configure Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, etc.).




Conduct requirement gathering, system design, testing, and deployment activities.
Customize workflows, business rules, integrations, and security roles.
HR Technology & Process Optimization
Translate HR business needs into system solutions.
Improve HR processes through automation and digital transformation.
Document functional and technical specifications.
Integrations & Data Management
Support integrations between HCM systems and payroll, finance, identity management, and other platforms.
Assist with data migration, validation, and data quality audits.
