Responsibilities
Agile Program Management (50%)
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to maintain and prioritize sprint backlogs.
Manage sprint boards and work tracking tools to ensure visibility of project scope, progress, blockers, dependencies, and risks.
Partner with the team to enable continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing OM Product Operations Data Analytics tools and processes.
Identify and escalate blockers impacting team productivity and outcomes.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among business, technical, and operational teams.
