Eligibility:
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates with field sales experience in Insurance, Banking, BFSI, NBFC, Telecom, FMCG, Automobile, Consumer Durables, or any direct sales role will be preferred.
Freshers with solid connections with defence personnel, military families, ex-servicemen, CSD canteens, ECHS, or defence communities are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate life insurance business through the Defence Channel.
Build and maintain relationships with serving defence personnel and ex-servicemen.
Acquire current customers and drive business growth.
Conduct customer meetings and provide suitable insurance solutions.
Achieve monthly business targets.
Ensure timely documentation and policy issuance.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
Preferred Skills:
Solid communication and networking skills.
Comfortable with field sales and local travel.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Local candidates will be preferred.
