Profile :- Account Executive & Assistant Account Manager

Job Role :-
Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare financial statements, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets.
Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
Process invoices, bills, and payments accurately and timely.
Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Support internal and statutory audits.
Maintain financial records and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams for billing, payroll, and reporting.

Required Skills
Proficient in accounting software: Tally, SAP FICO, QuickBooks, Zoho Books.
Solid MS Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas.
Understanding of taxation rules: GST, TDS, and corporate tax compliance.
Ability to prepare financial reports and MIS reports.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
