About the Role

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, with a focus on IT/SAP hiring. The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing and communication skills and be comfortable working with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and assess candidates against Job Descriptions.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements.
Conduct candidate due diligence, including experience, availability, location, and joining commitment.




Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions.
Support candidates through the offer and joining process.

Required Skills
IT/SAP recruitment experience or solid interest in technology hiring.
Resume screening and JD-to-profile matching.
Candidate sourcing and interviewing skills.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Valuable stakeholder and candidate management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.

Preferred

Exposure to SAP ABAP, Fiori, BTP/CAPM, Functional, .NET, MAUI, NodeJS, or React recruitment would be an advantage.
