Booking journal entries (manual, recurring, reclasses) N
Monthly/quarterly accruals & reversals N
Fixed asset additions &depreciation; N
Expense support, recoupment, and reconciliations N
Trial balance maintenance and topside entry loading N
Intercompany reconciliations and blocker entity TB rollforwards N
Managing unsecured notes, equity activity, and ATM issuances N
nBudgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis:

Comparing budget vs. actuals and analyzing variances N
Adjusting budgets usingbilled/unbilled data, invoices, and models N
Finalizing monthly/quarterly/annual expense fluctuations N
Rolling forward G&A; budgets and accrual WPs N
Ownership of budgeting and forecasting for corporate and fund entities N
nReporting, Compliance & Stakeholder Coordination:
N

Preparing financial statement disclosures (e.G., affiliates, tax, gains) N
Ensuring MoM and QoQ flux reasonableness N
Coordinating with AP, Tax, FP&A;, and Audit teams N
Ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data across systems N
Reconciling cash accounts and providing lead sheets N
Maintaining documentation (bank recs, reports, trackers) N
Supporting external audit and compliance processes N
nRequired Qualifications
N
n
Bachelor's degreein Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline. N
3+ years of post-qualification experience in Corporate Accounting, Financial Reporting, Fund Accounting, or General Ledger Accounting. N
Robust understanding ofaccounting principles and financial statement preparation. N
Experience with month-end and quarter-end close processes. N
Hands-on experience performing account reconciliations, journal entries, and accrual accounting. N
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and financial analysis functions. N
