Roles & Responsibilities

Market Exploration: Partner with the Business Development Manager to expand Soft Suave's market presence and drive growth.

Client Relations: Own client interactions end-to-end — from prospecting and proposal writing to follow-ups and closing — while building strong recent business relationships.

Competitive Edge: Track competitor activity, conduct competitive analysis, and bring sharp insights to strengthen our market position.
n
Collaboration & Communication:
Serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

1+ years of end-to-end BD experience in IT/SaaS (prospecting through closing)
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Resilience and a positive, tenacious approach to rejection and pipeline-building
n
Solid time management and ability to juggle multiple accounts/tasks
n
Research-driven mindset with sales and competitive analysis acumen
n
Customer-first attitude with robust interpersonal skills
