Roles & Responsibilities

Ideate Reels, scripts, hooks, series, captions and content formats.
n
Write engaging scripts, storylines and dialogues that feel natural to each individual’s personality and tonality.
n
Understand each one’s personality, audience and content style to develop ideas that feel authentic.
n
Build original IPs — recurring segments, characters, catchphrases, series concepts and formats that become signature and are distinct from one-off content.
n
Stay on top of current culture, trends, memes,



pop culture and emerging formats.
n
Turn brand briefs into creator-first, engaging content.
n
Track content performance and use insights to improve future ideas.

What are we looking for

Robust creative thinking and writing skills — experience is secondary.
n
Deep understanding of social media and social culture.
n
Someone who is constantly online and knows what’s trending and why.
n
Curious, experimental and comfortable pitching bold ideas.
n
Freshers and interns with a solid content portfolio, personal page or creative work are encouraged to apply.
