Business Development Executive
Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata (Work From Office)
Experience: Minimum 1 Years relevant exp
Qualification: Graduate
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in TeleSales, Inside Sales, or Business Development
Solid experience in target-based calling and revenue generation
Exposure to B2B & B2C sales preferred
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
Software Sales experience will be an added advantage
Real Estate Sales candidates are not eligible

Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate leads through outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries
Manage the complete B2B & B2C sales cycle
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate lead and client records in CRM
Build client relationships through consultative selling and upselling

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
