The Lead Admin & Security is responsible for managing site-specific administration services like site facilities, transport, security, food etc. and driving day-to-day local level liaisoning activities
Strategic Responsibilities
Operational Responsibilities
Manage overall administration of the site
Ensure the security of the entire site
Ensure proper upkeep of premises/toilet blocks etc.
Support the site head in local site-level liaisoning activities
Upkeep and Monitor the cleanliness of Gardens/Lawns as per guidance of management
Ensure hygiene grounds and quality sustainability in canteen
Drive cost effective operations in transport management
Monitor training of pantry and guests house care takers to offer services similar to luxury ends
Ensure all arrangements are made for customers/ visitors to the site and they have a outstanding experience during the visit
Ensure implementation of canteen committee's suggestionsEnsure optimum utilization of guest house to recover operational cost
Financial Responsibilities
Ensure optimum utilization of guest house to recover operational cost
To ensure that all operations are pertained in a cost effective manner
To ensure that budget allocation is adhered
Create budgets for Admin department and ensure adherence to budgets
Contribute to budgetary controls within the area of responsibility
People Responsibilities
Ensure high productivity at the workplace
Identify training needs for admin staff and facilitate the same in planned way
Liaise with functional heads at site for building requisite skills & competencies through systematic training & skill-upgradation initiatives for the team
