Role Purpose:

The role holder will provide effective, compliant, and operational leadership for the market’s annual strategic projects programme.

With deep expertise in design and construction programmes, the role holder will bring a proven track record of delivering large-scale and strategically significant initiatives.



As a recognised technical Subject Matter Expert, they will be accountable for the successful delivery of capital programme services through the Bank’s outsourced partners. Success in the role requires balancing performance, cost, quality, and risk mitigation, supported by strong capability in interpreting and applying performance data (including spatial, contract, and vendor metrics).

The role holder will lead and oversee outsourced services across key projects, addressing underperformance, resolving issues, driving value-add initiatives, and acting as the escalation point for programme and project matters.
