To support SH Mechanical(Packing Plant) by planning, organizing and coordinating maintenance activities (Preventive/Predictive), manpower planning, spare parts management and execution of improvement / modification jobs in Packing plant for ensuring maximum plant availability and bringing cost optimization through productivity improvement to meet budgeted production targets.

UltraTech Cement has 23 integrated plants, 1 clinkerisation plant, 26 grinding units and 7 bulk terminals.
The focus area for Job holder is to ensure effective maintenance of various Packing Plants equipment and ensuring availability of equipment’s for effective operations.
Job Challenges
Less availability of equipment’s for maintenance due to high despatches and fluctuating demands effects the packer efficiency and also availability of packers.
Controlling of maintenance expenditure well within norms.
Coordinate the challenging of execution of maintenance related activities.
Ensure pollution free workplace to improve manpower efficiency and productivity.
Reducing the trucks turnaround time and improving efficiency of packing operations.
