Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Strategy & Analytics Analyst / Senior Analyst to support strategy, business analysis, financial performance, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. The role involves working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze business problems, identify opportunities, develop insights, and support execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Strategy & Consulting
Work with senior leadership on strategic, operational, and transformation initiatives.
Structure complex business problems and develop data-backed recommendations.
Conduct market, competitor, benchmarking, and business chance analysis.
Support business planning, strategic reviews, and execution of key priorities.
Business & Financial Analysis
Analyze business and financial performance across revenue, profitability, costs, margins, productivity,



and efficiency.
Build financial models, forecasts, scenario analyses, and business cases.
Identify opportunities for revenue growth, margin improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reviews with management-level insights.
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
Analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
Create process flows, functional specifications, business cases, and requirement documents.
Coordinate with business, finance, analytics, operations, and technology teams to track implementation and outcomes.
Analytics & Decision Support
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
Develop KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and management reports.
