Brief of role :
To support and manage day-to-day treasury operations, including repayment planning, borrowing and limit monitoring, asset allocation, DA payouts, NACH coordination, banking activities, treasury MIS, liquidity risk management, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
The role will ensure accurate, timely, and well-controlled treasury transactions, effective utilisation of borrowing facilities, proper reconciliation of financial data, and seamless coordination with banks, internal stakeholders, auditors, and other external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:-

1.Repayment & Borrowing Management
Prepare and maintain repayment schedules covering principal, interest, and other applicable charges.
Coordinate with banks and internal teams for timely processing of repayments.
Ensure repayment data is accurately recorded and reconciled with books, bank statements, and internal MIS.
Monitor upcoming repayment obligations and highlight funding requirements in advance.
Support management in effective utilisation and monitoring of borrowing facilities.

DA Payout & Transaction Management
Coordinate DA payouts and ensure timely processing of transactions.
Validate transaction calculations and supporting documentation before processing.
Coordinate with relevant internal teams and banking partners for transaction closure.
Resolve transaction-related discrepancies and queries.
Provide necessary support during internal and external audits.

3. Treasury MIS & Data Validation
Prepare daily, monthly, and periodic Treasury MIS.
Maintain MIS covering Borrowings,Repayments,Cash flows,Disbursements,Collection Efficiency,Portfolio cuts,Other key treasury parameters
Obtain and validate data from various internal teams.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of MIS.
Reconcile MIS data with books of accounts and relevant source documents.

4. Asset Allocation & Reconciliation
Monitor allocation of assets against respective funding facilities and transactions.
