Job Summary





We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Assistant General Manager – Sales to drive sales of
residential/commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating
leads, managing customer relationships, conducting site visits, closing deals, and achieving
monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales through leads, references, channel partners, digital enquiries, and other
sources.
• Handle incoming leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties/projects.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective customers.
• Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
