Role Overview
As a Business Analyst (Customer Solution & Requirements), you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will lead customer discovery sessions to uncover operational challenges, translate business needs into detailed functional specifications,



and ensure delivered software solutions align directly with customer goals while minimizing scope creep and rework.

Role Outcomes
Client onboarding transitions smoothly from signed contract into discovery, scope baselines, and implementation roadmaps.
Drive and ownership of Client business goals being accurately translated into structured BRDs, FRDs, and SRS documents that drive the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Engineering, UI/UX, and QA teams receive production-ready user stories, system workflows, business logic, and acceptance criteria across all development sprints.
Scope creep and requirement churn are proactively controlled through formal change management and continuous client communication.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) achieves quick, structured sign-offs with direct traceability to the agreed functional specifications.
