Role Overview and Responsibilities:
Dhruva Space is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate - Project Management to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our satellite ground station infrastructure projects. In this high-impact, hands-on role, you will be the driving force behind our on-the-ground site deployments, managing everything from civil works to operational handover. You will balance strict project scheduling with in office coordination, managing vendors, controlling costs, and ensuring the seamless delivery of the ground infrastructure that supports our global satellite connectivity network.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, critical path baselines, and execution milestones for site deployment.
Supervise day-to-day progress across civil works (foundation pads, power backup, UPS, shelters), antenna structure assembly, and RF/hardware equipment setup.
Monitor project expenditure, track cost baselines, manage procurement orders, and ensure strict adherence to allocated budgets.




Coordinate with civil contractors, equipment suppliers, and EPC partners; track deliverables, enforce SLA compliance, and evaluate vendor performance.
Manage supply chain logistics for heavy equipment transport and customs clearance, and track site-level regulatory permits (e.g., WPC frequency approvals, local land/safety clearances).
Maintain project risk registers, identify execution bottlenecks early, prepare weekly status reports, and present progress dashboards to engineering leads and management.
Candidate Requirements:
1 to 3 years of demonstrated experience in project management, technical site execution, or engineering delivery.
Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech / B.E.) in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Telecommunications Engineering.
Prior experience in satellite ground station deployment is preferred
