Media Sales Executive – Print & Digital Magazine Partnerships (Commission-Based)
About the Opportunity

We are looking for ambitious, self-driven, and result-oriented Media Sales Executives to join our growing media team. If you have a passion for sales, networking, and business development, and want unlimited earning potential without a fixed salary cap, this opportunity is for you.

This is a performance-based role, where you earn 20% commission on the net profit of every successful sales deal you close. The more you sell, the more you earn.
What You'll Be Selling

You will represent our media platform and generate revenue through:

* Magazine advertisements (Print & Digital)
* Sponsored editorial features
* Brand stories and interviews
* Event sponsorship opportunities
* Corporate branding packages
* Digital marketing and media partnerships
* PR and integrated media campaigns
Key Responsibilities

* Identify and approach potential advertisers, brands, startups, corporates, educational institutions, and agencies.
* Build and maintain robust relationships with decision-makers.




* Present customized media and advertising solutions to prospective clients.
* Negotiate and close advertising and sponsorship deals.
* Coordinate with the editorial and marketing teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
* Represent the magazine professionally at networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and business forums.
Who We're Looking For

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
* Self-motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset.
* Previous experience in media sales, advertising sales, PR, B2B sales, corporate sales, sponsorship sales, or business development is preferred but not mandatory.
