About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of creative and marketing projects across the organization. The role will be responsible for translating briefs into clear project plans, aligning stakeholders and timelines, managing team bandwidth, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the expected quality standards.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced setting. You will play a key role in bringing structure and efficiency to the creative and marketing workflow while ensuring smooth execution from brief to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Delivery
Own projects end-to-end, from initial brief and planning through execution and final delivery.
Develop clear project plans with defined timelines, milestones, deliverables, owners, and dependencies.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure projects remain on track and within scope.




Identify potential bottlenecks and timeline risks early and proactively resolve them.
Manage feedback and revision cycles to ensure efficient project delivery.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and aligned with the original brief.

2. Brief Consolidation & Calendar Alignment
Consolidate creative and marketing briefs in alignment with the NPD calendar and always-on content requirements.
Ensure briefs are clear, complete, and actionable before being handed over to execution teams.
Coordinate with relevant teams to clarify requirements, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Maintain visibility of upcoming projects and ensure timely handoffs to the respective teams.

3. Workflow, Process & Template Optimization
Build and maintain structured workflows, SOPs, templates, and project management systems for recurring work.
Ensure all projects are tracked through a centralized system with transparent ownership and real-time status
