What You’ll Do:
• Manage & optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Drive quality leads and conversions
• Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS & ROI
• Conduct audience & competitor research
• Analyze campaign performance and run A/B tests

What We’re Looking For:
• Hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Good analytical and optimization skills
• Knowledge of GA4, GTM & Looker Studio is a plus
