About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive with 3–5 years of experience to support YUJ Designs’ marketing initiatives across brand communication, social media, email marketing, website, performance marketing, SEO, PR, content, and marketing operations.
The role is suited for someone who can work independently, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and take ownership of execution from planning through completion.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, B2B marketing, or a similar role.
Experience managing multiple marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, website, content, SEO, paid media, and PR.
Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Design, Content, Technology, Sales, Leadership, and external agencies.
Experience coordinating campaigns, maintaining trackers, managing timelines, and ensuring execution.
Working knowledge of B2B marketing, lead generation, digital marketing funnels, and brand communication.
Experience in technology, design,
consulting, SaaS, digital services, or professional services will be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to proactively identify gaps and execution issues.
Skills We Seek
Strong understanding of brand communication, digital marketing, email marketing, and B2B marketing.
Valuable understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, email marketing platforms, and other relevant channels.
Strong written communication, proofreading, editing, and content-quality skills.
Working knowledge of website management, SEO, Google Analytics/GA4, Search Console, email marketing metrics, and basic digital performance metrics.
Understanding of paid marketing platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and dependencies.
