About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with around 1 year of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a robust eye for design, creativity, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging graphics, creatives, banners, social media posts, presentations, and marketing materials.
Develop visual concepts based on brand requirements and campaign objectives.
Design content for social media platforms, websites, internal communications, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing, HR, and business teams to understand design requirements.
Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colors, layouts, and visual style.
Create designs for events, announcements, company communications, and promotional activities.
Edit and enhance images, illustrations,



and other visual assets when required.
Work on multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Incorporate feedback and make revisions as required.
Stay updated with current design trends, creative styles, and digital content formats.
Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Knowledge of Canva and Figma is preferred.
Basic understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Good understanding of social media design and digital content formats.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into effective visual designs.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
