Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Instructional Designer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in instructional design and e-learning. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing projects, handling client interactions, reviewing the work of junior team members, and delivering high-quality learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Independently manage instructional design projects from requirement analysis to final delivery.
Analyze learning objectives, design documents, and client requirements to develop effective learning solutions.
Create detailed and engaging storyboards using MS Word or MS PowerPoint.
Design learner-centric content, activities, assessments, simulations, games, and other interactive learning experiences.
Apply learning theories, adult learning principles, and instructional design models appropriately.
Work closely with SMEs, Project Managers, Visual Designers, Developers, and QA teams.
Review and provide feedback on storyboards and learning content created by Junior Instructional Designers.
Mentor and guide junior team members on instructional design best practices and quality standards.
Take ownership of project quality, timelines, and deliverables.
Interact directly with clients to understand requirements, clarify expectations, and incorpora
