Roles Description

The Human Resource Associate at Genesis Tech Engineers will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR compliance. This role requires a dynamic HR professional who can drive the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our company's values and goals.

Responsibilities

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns, promoting open communication, and resolving conflicts when they arise.




Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement and career development.
Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and provide support to employees regarding benefits and policies.
HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's mission, vision, and values. Continuously assess and improve HR processes.
Compliance: Ensure HR practices are compliant with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop programs, and facilitate employee development opportunities.
