Key Responsibilities
Lead the complete Accounts & Finance function.
Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and MIS reporting.
Oversee AP, AR, General Ledger, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax, ROC, and audits.
Handle Import & Export accounting, foreign remittances, and banking operations.
Strengthen financial controls and improve accounting processes.
Lead and mentor the Finance team while collaborating with key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
CA Inter, CMA, or MBA (Finance) is an added advantage.
15–20+ years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts with leadership experience.
