Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Chengalpattu. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities for automation solutions, SPMs, robotics, and turnkey projects, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, preparing proposals and quotations,



and negotiating terms to close sales. The role also involves collaborating with engineering and project teams to understand technical requirements, providing accurate information to clients, and ensuring smooth handover from sales to execution. The Sales Executive will track sales performance, prepare regular reports, gather market intelligence, and represent the company at industry events and customer visits.

Qualifications
Strong skills in B2B sales, business development, and account management within industrial or automation sectors.
Ability to understand and explain technical solutions related to automation systems, robotics, SPMs.
Competence in communication, presentation, and negotiation, with effective relationship-building and customer service abilities.
Experience using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic data analysis for sales reporting and forecasting.
