Cura has been making wellness products for 27 years. We started selling online recently, our own website, marketplaces, quick commerce, and it's working.

Here's what we can't tell you yet: which of it actually makes money.

Not revenue. Money. After commission, fulfilment fees, freight, gateway charges, discount funding, ad spend, and the returns that come back three weeks later. Somewhere in that stack, some of our SKUs earn well, while others quietly lose. Nobody here can currently say which is which — and we'd rather hire someone to answer that properly than guess for another year.

That's the job.

The Role
You'll own one number, end to end: what a Cura order actually earns, from the cost of making the product to the cash that settles in our bank.

Our plant gives you a per-SKU cost sheet; you're not rebuilding that. Everything that happens to that number after the factory gate is yours: the model that doesn't exist yet, the check that marketplaces are paying us what they owe, and the price floor our e-commerce team sells within.
This is a commercial finance seat,



not a reporting seat. The dashboards are a by-product. The decisions are the point.

What You'll Actually Own
• Contribution margin by SKU and by channel — building the model, then keeping it honest as fee structures and product mix shift.
• The full cost stack after the factory gate: commission, fulfilment, storage, freight, gateway charges, discount funding, advertising, e-commerce packaging, and returns and RTO.
• Settlement reconciliation — what each platform owed us against what actually reached the bank, and chasing the difference until it's recovered, not just noted.
• The margin floor and discount approval grid that our e-commerce team prices and promotes within.
• The price corridor between our online channels and our chemist and distributor trade. Twenty-seven years of offline relationships sit on the other side of an aggressive online promotion — you model that before we decide, not after.
