Role Description The Senior Upwork Bidder will manage and optimize the company’s presence on Upwork and similar platforms to generate qualified leads and win new projects. This full-time hybrid role is based in Bhopal,



with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying relevant job postings, crafting tailored proposals, coordinating with technical teams to refine bids and estimates, and following up with potential clients to move opportunities through the sales pipeline. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of bids, tracking conversion metrics, refining bidding strategies based on performance, and collaborating with marketing and leadership to align proposals with HackerKernel’s service offerings. The Senior Upwork Bidder will be expected to mentor junior bidders, contribute to standard proposal templates, and help build long-term client relationships through professional communication.
