Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Engineer role based in Kerala.The Junior Engineer will support project planning and execution by assisting in site supervision, monitoring construction activities, and ensuring compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.



Responsibilities include coordinating with senior engineers and site teams, preparing basic reports and documentation, tracking progress against schedules, and supporting quality and safety checks. The role also involves assisting with measurements, material management, and communication with contractors and vendors under guidance, while learning and applying relevant standards and best practices in infrastructure construction.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in civil or structural engineering principles and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
Basic proficiency in engineering tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools) for documentation and reporting.
Understanding of construction site practices, quality standards, and safety procedures in infrastructure projects.
Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate
