Our team delivers high-availability, scalable, and secure Oracle-based infrastructure for mission-critical applications—spanning finance, healthcare, retail, and public sector domains—while leveraging DevOps, automation, and infrastructure-as-code to future-proof client systems. Role & Responsibilities

Architect and optimize enterprise-grade Oracle RDBMS environments, ensuring performance, scalability, and fault tolerance across hybrid and cloud deployments.
Lead design and implementation of Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC), Data Guard, and GoldenGate replication topologies for high-availability and disaster recovery.
Define and enforce database governance, security policies, backup/recovery strategies, and patching standards aligned with enterprise compliance frameworks.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud,



and application teams to integrate Oracle databases with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
Perform root cause analysis for performance bottlenecks, design tuning strategies, and mentor junior DBAs on best practices for SQL optimization, indexing, and partitioning.
Own documentation of architecture blueprints, operational runbooks, and migration playbooks for Oracle-to-Cloud (OCI, AWS RDS, Azure SQL DB) transitions.
