About the Role
Nothing India has 424K followers on Instagram and a growing presence on YouTube and X. That's not the ceiling, it's the starting line.

As Social Lead, you own the brand's entire social presence in India: strategy, content planning, community, and team.



You'll lead two direct reports (content producer and a tech community lead) and be the person who spots a trend and acts on it before everyone else does. This is not a creative leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
Own Social Strategy & Content Planning
Define and execute the social strategy for Nothing India across Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Reddit.
Build and manage a rolling content calendar that balances planned campaign content with real-time cultural moments.
Set and track social KPIs: reach, engagement, follower growth, share of voice, and community sentiment.

Lead the Social Team
Manage and develop two direct reports: content producer and tech community lead.
Set direction clearly, build their independence, and hold the bar on quality and output.
Foster a team culture that moves fast without losing creative sharpness.
