Join Autonomix Solutions, a US-incorporated AI company with its engineering and delivery team in Pune. We build AI agents that run real business operations and help businesses adopt AI in practical, outcome-driven ways.
? What will you do?
• Build and research target company lists
• Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email & calls
• Book qualified meetings for our founders and senior team
• Research prospects and personalise outreach
• Join discovery/demo calls and manage follow-ups
• Support outreach to US-based prospects
• Keep CRM and pipeline data organised
• Share market feedback to help improve our GTM strategy
? What are we looking for?
• 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales or Lead Generation
• Freshers with genuine hustle and willingness to learn are welcome
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Curiosity about AI, SaaS and technology
• Comfortable with rejection and consistent with daily outreach
• Strong follow-up and organisational skills
⭐ Good to have: Experience with B2B SaaS, agencies, Apollo, HubSpot or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
