Context/Scope:
As part of the Group Reward and Benefits Operations team, you will play a crucial role in developing a high-performing and highly engaged Global Benefits Operations team. Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager - Global Reward and Benefits Operations,



your responsibilities will include leading critical activities such as Benefits Purchase Order creation, invoice management and reconciliation, vendor management, report generation and distribution, and query management. Your outstanding scustomermanagement, financial control, governance application, and execution skills will be key to the success of these projects. UtilApplyingr extensive experience in HR and payroll operations, or HR and payroll service delivery, process engineering, and process simplification, you will implement best procedurefits processes and data management strategies to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy across multiple regions and time zones., Proficiency in employee communications for benefits programs, ensuring clear and effective dissemination of information.
