Job Summary
Shubharambh Productions is seeking a highly accomplished Creative Director / Senior Art Director to lead and elevate the company's creative vision across Corporate events,exhibitions, and experiential environments.
The role demands a visionary leader with exceptional concept development skills, a deep
understanding of event and set design, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary creative teams across 2D design, 3D visualization, motion graphics, video, AI-assisted design, and creative production.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on industry expertise, ensuring every concept is creative, technically feasible, and executed to the highest standards. This role is
responsible for building a culture of creativity, mentoring the design team, driving innovation,



and delivering world-class experiences from concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership
* Define and drive the overall creative vision and design language of the company.

* Lead concept development for all events, exhibitions, and experiential projects.
* Develop innovative, trend-setting creative concepts aligned with client objectives.
* Drive brainstorming sessions and foster a culture of originality and creative excellence.
* Establish creative standards and ensure consistency across all projects.
Concept Development & Design
* Develop themes, mood boards, visual narratives, presentation decks, and design concepts.
* Translate client briefs into immersive spatial experiences.

* Continuously research global design trends, materials, technologies, and experiential innovations.
* Encourage experimentation with new design approaches and emerging creative technologies.
Event & Set Design
* Lead the creative plan
