Role: IAM Engineer

Role Purpose
Design and operate AI-driven, agentic workflows that automate identity governance, access management, and security operations while maintaining robust human oversight and compliance. This is a hands-on engineering role requiring practical experience building AI products, not theoretical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Driven Workflow Automation: Design agentic workflows to automate identity use cases including access requests, JML exceptions, certifications, policy enforcement, and entitlement reviews using AI/ML capabilities
Automation & Integration Architecture: Implement automation, workflows, and integrations using APIs, scripts, and connectors to orchestrate identity operations
Agentic Systems Development: Build and deploy copilots and agentic systems with practical, production-grade implementations (not proof-of-concepts)
IAM, PAM & ITSM Integration: Integrate AI agents with existing IAM tools, PAM platforms,
and ServiceNow to enable end-to-end orchestration of identity operations
Intelligent Risk Analysis: Use AI/ML to analyze identity, entitlement, and activity data to recommend approvals, detect anomalies, and identify high-risk access patterns
Human-in-the-Loop Governance: Implement guardrails ensuring AI handles routine tasks while sensitive IAM, PAM, and NHI decisions require human approval and oversight
AI Security & Compliance: Ensure AI workflows meet organizational security, privacy, and compliance standards for identity and privileged access data
Continuous Optimization: Improve automation and agentic systems based on audit outcomes, incident trends, and operational feedback
AI Product Design: Build complete AI products combining LLM, MCP, infrastructure, security, UX, and governance frameworks
