• Manage end-to-end installation and execution of interior projects
• Lead and coordinate installation teams, carpenters, contractors and site supervisors
• Ensure projects are completed within quality, cost and timeline requirements
• Plan manpower and installation schedules based on project requirements
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, Vendors and Site Teams
• Monitor site progress and resolve installation-related issues
• Ensure proper installation as per approved drawings and specifications
• Conduct quality checks and ensure TTS standards are maintained
• Manage vendor/contractor performance and productivity
• Handle site escalations and ensure timely closure
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to management
